Pre-K Tumbling
Prerequisites:
None
This class is for beginner tumblers between the ages of 4 to 6. Your child will learn the basics of tumbling including flexibility, strength, coordination and balance. Skills your child will learn: front rolls, back rolls, handstands, cartwheels and bridge ups.

Level 1 Tumbling
Prerequisites:

This class is for beginner tumblers ages 7 and older. Your child will learn the basics of tumbling including flexibility, strength, coordination and balance. Skills your child will learn: front rolls, back rolls, handstands, cartwheels and bridge ups.

Level 2 Tumbling
Prerequisites:
Front roll
Handstand
Cartwheel
Bridge Up
This class focuses on the next skill progressions after Level 1. You should take Level 2 if you have taken Level 1 and/or met all prerequisite skills. Your child will review the skills they learned in Level 1 while learning new skills such as: handstand front roll, front limber, round off, and backbend kick over.

Level 3 Tumbling
Prerequisites:
Front Limber
Round Off
Backbend Kickover
This class focuses on the next skill progressions after Level 2. You should take Level 3 if you have taken Level 2 and/or met all prerequisite skills. Your child will review the skills they learned in Level 2 while learning new skills such as: back extention roll, power hurdle round off, backwalkover, frontwalkover.

Hand Stand Pops
Round off
This class focuses on the next skill progressions after Level 3. You should take Level 4 if you have taken Level 3 and/or met all prerequisite skills. Your child will review the skills they learned in Level 3 while learning new skills such as: fronthandsprings, backhandsprings, roundoff backhandsprings.

Your child will review the skills they learned in Level 4 while learning new skills such as: standing tucks, roundoff backhandspring tucks, layouts & fulls, front tucks, and more.
